Envelope Policy
9J prefers Clasp envelopes with at least 2 units postage. Clients that expect only a few cards can send Clasp envelopes with 1 unit
postage. If you are a high volume client, please keep plenty on file.
QSL Heaven Policy
Inbound QSL's go to "QSL Heaven" only after 3 or 4 years.
